Shipping / Delivery / Returns
We believe that the customer experience is at every stage of the sale. We take the utmost care in making our jewelry, and we want the same to apply to its delivery and packaging.
Each piece of jewelry is made to order, within 5 working days of payment. Each piece of jewelry is packaged in a Solenn leather and/or velvet pouch, which you can keep to store your jewelry at home or to carry in your pocket or handbag. Depending on commercial offers, the pouches may vary, but they will always be at least equivalent to a standard Solenn pouch.
Have you just placed an order?
Order confirmation
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order and contains the order details.
Preparing your order
Your order is then carefully prepared. This process can take between 2 and 5 working days, during which time your jewels will be made-to-measure, then checked and packed.
Shipping
As soon as your order is ready, we ship it. You will receive an email with a tracking number.
Delivery
Allow 3 working days for delivery in mainland France, 5 working days for major European cities and French overseas departments and territories, and between 8 and 15 working days for international delivery.
